Bi-Weekly Payroll Contribution

ViaSat pays approximately 90% of total premiums for medical, chiropractic and acupuncture, dental, vision, and behavioral health.

Life Insurance 3 times annual pay (death benefit), Maximum of $750,000, subject to a guarantee issue of $600,000
